Students who wish to obtain a wet-signed Student Certificate or Transcript may request these documents from Office No. 222 located in the Dean’s Office by presenting their Student ID cards.

* For requests regarding a document stating that you have not received any disciplinary penalties, you must request a student certificate.

* For requests regarding a document stating the compulsory internship requirement, you must request a student certificate. The document includes the statement: “The student is required to complete an internship.”
