1. Registered Master and Ph.D. Students before 2016/2017 Fall semester:
 
· Due to the deletion of registration from the undergraduate education in accordance with the HEC regulations, the maximum periods have been renewed and the maximum periods are calculated for the fall semester of 2016/2017 (including this period).

· The maximum duration for the course is 4 semesters for the students with M.Sc., and the records of the students who have completed the course during this period will be deleted at the end of the semester. After completing the course, our students have 2 semesters for the thesis phase. Total maximum duration is 6 semesters and the records of our students who can not complete their thesis during this period will be deleted. Example: All students enrolled before the 2016/2017 Fall semester are in the 4th semesters of Spring Semester 2017/2018.

o For MSL course: 7 lessons + 1 seminar + 2.5 AGNO

o MASTER For Graduation: 7 lessons + 1 Seminar + 2.5 AGNO + MASTER Thesis + Specialization Field Course

o All students who pass the thesis phase must choose the Thesis and Specialization courses and be successful in the last semester to graduate.

· Publication conditions: 2014 ITU Postgraduate Education Regulation is subject to the publishing requirements of Senate Principles.

· The maximum period for the course of Ph.D. students is 4 semesters and the records of our students who have completed the course during this period will be deleted at the end of the semester. After completing the course, our students have 8 semesters for the thesis phase. The maximum total duration is 12 semesters and the records of our students who can not complete their thesis during this period will be deleted.

o For doctoral course: 8 courses + 3 AGNO or 7 courses + Research Methods and Scientific Ethics + PhD Seminar + 3AGNO

o Ph.D. for the proficiency level: to complete the course phase. (Students who have not yet entered the qualification exam to be assessed for the fall semester of 2016/2017 and have not failed must enter at least by the 5th semester, otherwise the first failure will be accepted.)

o For doctoral degree graduation: 8 courses + PhD seminar + 3 AGNO + PhD thesis + specialization course - PhD seminar course must be taken and successful (until 2018/2019 fall semester graduation applicants including doctoral seminar course will not be required. doctorate student during the semester
